I’ve been in dentist hell since december after having avoided the dentist for about two yrs. If I had known grinding my teeth would lead to this torture and discomfort, I wouldve used my mouth guard to sleep more often! this is kinda a anti-rec for crowns tbh
I didn’t go for four years now I have 4 cavities :/ getting them filled on Monday because the doctor said that if I didn’t soon one of them might need a root canal
