by no means is this a revolutionary or hot take, but i love these shoes so much
recently got my first pair on a trip to japan, and am so obsessed w how comfy and lightweight they are!!! i’m kicking myself for not getting a second pair lol
i feel like im walking around on a tatami mat, and i like that they’re a little different from the sambas i see everyone walking around with

I think onitsukas are absolutely sexy, in fact me and my mexico 66 SD yellow/black are inseparable. Its comfortable (I would in no doubt go for a run in them) and the silhouette is so perfect with any outfit. Its also not that hard to pick from their shoes cuz everything they have is just so versatile. It costs way less too.

Very similar silhouette to the samba but these are my absolute favorite shoes. Found the gray/black ones first then stumbled upon the white pair later and I’m in love. They are the perfect shoe. And TOO mf comfortable
