i was wanting to get back into drawing and painting recently and chickening out bc i could not think of what to do or study. then, my 10-year-old niece texted me and was like “do you know how to draw jelly art” and i was like “no lol” and then she asked if i could teach her to draw jelly art style anyway. so i spent a few days learning and practicing so i wouldn’t look like an idiot over facetime to a child 😔 but it’s just what i needed to get myself back into drawing. so take whatever kind of sidequest that comes your way! pictured are some of my practice jelly art sketches 😵💫
In the same vein as my giga peep earlier in the week, I have found the time to doodle another... Something...
I recommend drawing for the sake of having fun. It doesn't have to be perfect, you're just CREATING something. That's already cool enough :)
When I was little, I used to draw nearly daily, and I was getting pretty good. Then I turned 17 lol. Now that I am 20, I think it is about time I pick that hobby back up!
i made them, people comment on them all the time, the barista at one of my local coffee places was really sad about the non-existence of my etsy store.
