my cat tilly sometimes enjoys being pet with a lot of pressure, i just kind of manhandle her and pet her in really big, heavy gestures—if you own a cat i’m sure you know what i mean. i don’t pet her like this super often because i only do this when she’s in the perfect position which is laying down on the floor and looking a certain cute way. but sometimes this type of petting gets comical because it looks silly and i start introducing explosion-like sound effects with each pet. for me it makes me giggle; for tilly, she probably doesn’t care, but she’s happy with the petting regardless.
