me and my aunties were chilling eating steamed fish on a tuesday in sydney australia when one of them told me that the best croissant in the world comes from the lune croissanterie. after i did some fact checking i found myself in a cute cafe that reminded me of oscar isaacs house in ex machina. i ordered a pain au chocolate, a cruffin dusted in lemon particles and injected with a lemons curd, and a flat white (because when in rome.) the pastries were pretty good. now that i’m home i still order a flat white once in a while when i feel like larping as a bogan.

i tried them when i was here last year, and ever since i’ve bought every almond croissant i stumble across in the vague hope that it will remotely compare. they nEVER do. these things r perfect. indescribably good.
