styled my bangs as side bangs today for the first time EVER!! felt a sense of contentment like no other <3 let my inner kid play dress up and she thought i looked so cool. it feels so cutie pie :~)

YOOOO THATS AWESUM i experienced this in a big way last spring when i started wearing long skirts with leggings underneath them hehe :> had never actually felt feminine in a way that didn’t feel like an obligation and so it was like a transmasc and healingmyinnerchild double whammie. very epic

SCREENZEN IS INCREDIBLE
it’s the BEST app for limiting screentime. u can have hard locks for apps: only open them X amount of times a day, set a time limit for how long apps are open, set a daily screentime limit, etc. there’s no way of getting around it! before i open social media apps im met with a screen that says “why am i checking?” and a list of my previous answers. i pause for 20 seconds before opening them. u can do anything; set it to give math problems or other things before opening apps! it’s an indie app with no ads too <3

alarmy >>> normal phone alarms. u can set them to get louder, and for me i have to turn them off by doing a puzzle or typing out an affirmation. it actually gets my brain awake for the day!

replacing negative self-talk with "i'm so silly"
when me or my friends do something that's not super smart we just call each other silly and it makes everything feel light-hearted!!!! it's carried over to my internal monologue which is gorgeous
