writing anything daily, feelings or thoughts, making lists of things to do or future plans, or just a record of how your day went. literally just write ANYTHING. So much happens in my brain on the daily that pushing it out into a physical form on paper makes me feel like i have some control, shows patterns in my behavior, helps me maintain a healthy mindset, and figure out my emotions when theyβre confusing
