just blew out my hair, exfoliated, shaved, etc for the first time since Things happened to me about a month and a half ago and it made me realize how bad iโve been feeling about myself and how little ive been looking in the mirror (not in a good way)
i feel somewhat confident in my appearance for the first time in a while and that feels great, especially since it came from me taking care of myself and not external validation :)
