if my alarm goes off at 8:15, i'm setting a 5 minute timer to do whatever i want in bed. phone or sleep or cry or anything. but once the timer goes off at 8:20, its go time
i have a HELL of a time waking up in the morning-- like no joke i set THIRTY ALARMS five minutes apart EVERY MORNING and STILL won't get up on time!!! last week i set my television to turn on every morning at a certain time and it has been totally effective in waking my ass up bc i keep the volume just high enough that i can't ignore it and i also have it set to play the alfred hitchcock presents channel so i get immediately intrigued lol. anyway that has been working for me lately!!!
i loooove learning new bird calls and bird songs and seeing what little guys might be around if i’m in a different part of the country/world! (eBird is essential too.. love my birds)
