6 days of meat, veggies, and beans. 1 day of eating and drinking anything I want. I’ve lost 15 lbs since December and I’ve kept it off. My cholesterol is lower. My confidence is up. And whether I exercise or not doesn’t really matter.
i’ve been very unhappy with my weight gain and lack of drive to lose it. i used to be in shape and an athlete and now i am exhausted walking up the steps. i’ve been taking walks and have been more active but am now considering a form of safe fasting because my biggest issue has been food intake. i *love* to eat. trying to share in hopes of being held accountable (by myself by making it known). sigh.
