i know it was mentioned they were blackout drunk, but to me i feel like if you are subconsciously thinking about that and vocalizing some stuff WHEN YOU KNOW SOMEONE IS TAKEN, somewhere in my gut believes theyāre the type to not care about being āthe mistressā whatever you may call it. its very disrespectful to me that she said that to your bf especially when you werenāt around.

ā ļøi feel like thereās such an all or nothing culture around friendship these days ā what it really comes down to is: do you feel comfortable continuing to have this person in your life? is it always going to be nagging at the back of your mind that they might not respect u/ur relationship? you donāt have to make a decision right now! but going forward itās something to keep in mind ā if I were you I might not trust this person with vulnerable information, I would be less emotionally invested in them, and I would be extra skeptical of their words/actions. but maybe theyāre still fun to hang out with sometimes; I donāt think thatās a crime. although I would def keep them away from boyfriend. does it mean you never have to speak to them again? no ā unless you find yourself worrying about it and resenting them! in that case youāre totally justified to move on with your life without them in it. ultimately I think boyfriend should say to (sober) friend hey that was super uncool and donāt do that again. it shouldnāt be your responsibility to deal with this. idk tho thatās just my onion šÆ

If you two were friends before the ex came into the picture, that's so odd... also still hanging out after the not so good info??? hmmm š¤¦š¼āāļø if you haven't talked to your friend about it maybe express how you feel betrayed and try to get them to see your perspective. I think a loyal homie would not talk to the ex ... my "friends" at the time and ex became besties when I wanted to die like every day, but I realized that's not how friends should treat you!!! ā¤ļøis that bad? idk. talking with my friends i feel very isolated in that thought. i think because it was such a heartbreak to me and it was baaad but i dont think she cares and thats a whole other thing. but i also dont like forgetting, not anymore, because all my life experiences are cumulative into who i am and so on and so forth.

idk how i came across this in my daily wikipedia surfs, but something about this painting just amuses me so much.
my first impression was this looks fairly modern in a way, possibly because of the composition and how she made her features so light and bouncy. it oddly made me think of disney when i looked for longer. then i see it was made in 1909 š
this painting can transcend times and i wouldnāt truly know when it was made unless i looked more closely at the objects around the subject. but even that can be a stretch as vintage items can be popular amongst anyone and they can just have their vanity setup look like this.
i tried looking for photographs of her online but alas nothing came up with certainty.

i saw something on here a day ago about how fireflies are disappearing and lightly catastrophized the scenario. but then as i regulated myself i looked up an article lightly extinguishing my concerns.
so as i look at the copious little flickers out my window, ill be glad to tell you that while firefly populations are decreasing, some firefly species are adapting to new environments trying to prosper and evolve. big causes for their decline are obvi climate change, urbanization, and light pollution. a simple way for you to not make things bad for the fireflies in your area is to not use pesticides on your lawns if you have them. they spend most of their lives in the ground so it starts at the soil.
additionally, every article i see with the salacious title about ālast generation to see firefliesā seems to be blocking out a lot of things about current firefly populations. most of the fireflies on the IUCN red list they keep mentioning are marked vulnerable or least concern. so there is a possibility a species or more of fireflies may disappear, but all of them i donāt think so.
