I haven’t baked in so long, so getting back into it was much needed. It challenges me to slow down and practice a sense of mindfulness as I’m measuring the necessary ingredients, setting the oven at the exact temperature, and getting the right texture.
I also get so much joy when others enjoy my baked goods! Like it’s such an honor that this cookie made your tummy happy haha.

It’s like cooking, but you just put everything in the same bowl and mix it one at a time !!
Never was a fan of baking until i got asked if i wanted to make some matcha cookies, and was instantly hooked
(the frosting didn’t work too well though)

i have a Note called “i think, therefore i am” where i write down all the thoughts i have that i want to document for whatever reason. and they are honestly really funny. (i think they’re funny at least)
