All done! Just sent off a song to be mixed/mastered after working on it for several months. It’s incredible to just decide that there’s nothing else to add or tweak
Been working on an EP since summer and I listen to it all the time, it’s done now and mastered. I rly like the production and am stoked on the songs. Good feeling overall :)
I’m working on an ambient piece and just realized something: checking the mix as I go speeds everything up.
Yes, there’s value in separating the roles — composer, producer, mixer — but in the end, they’re just hats you switch between.
