It's like a calzone except not. They take a regular (good) pizza dough, top it with vaguely similar stuff as a roast pork sandwich (sizzled pork, broccoli rabe, spicy sauce) from Philly, then fold it over itself. Flavor SENSATION.
The only slice shop you should hit if you’re anywhere near Gramercy, Kips Bay etc. Scarrs/L’industrie level slices on a random scaffold-hidden midtown block. Plus the Pacman machine is turned on free mode 💥
