fixing notifications

i accidentally said no to push notifications when i downloaded this app and now i permanently dont get them even tho i have them all turned on in the app settings😥
tried deleting and redownloading but didn’t get the push notifications prompt again
also on mobile, dragging the start/end points when selecting text feels buggy

notifications dont always disappear

opening the notification tab doesnt always get rid of them. usually have to play around by restarting the app, tapping each notification, or going to a diff page until it goes.

OK SO MY PI APP PERMANENTLY HAS 10 NOTIFS

I’ve tried turning notifs off and on, deleting and redownloading, updating, logging in and out, but for whatever reason i dont get notifications even though they’re on, and I permanently have a red “10” next to the app😭😭 idk if anyone else has this issue…

RIGHT TO REPAIR

its crazy to me we are now at a point where major companies are actively putting measures into their products to make them hard or impossible to fix on your own. if you take it anywhere else to get it fixed your warranty is now voided. i just paid like $1000 for this phone. do i even really own it if nobody but the company i bought it from can fix it?
better yet you bring it to them and they will essentially do nothing but quote you for overpriced parts you don’t need or more likely just tell you to buy a new phone. thanks apple!!!
