don’t get me wrong, having a label is great for some people and if you find community and strength in identifying some way, more power to you. but I’ve felt ten times more empowered to express myself in exploratory ways when I stopped thinking that I had to be a passing so-and-so in order to do that! Or that I needed to experience or eschew certain things before identifying with a sexual label! Happy pride month you beautiful people

I know it’s corny but it’s genuinely so freeing to just do what you like. In the last year I started to really embrace my gender identity especially with my physical appearance. Being able to freely dress as you please and express yourself is so incredibly freeing. My confidence has sky rocketed. Being willing to express yourself regardless of societal pressure to appear a strict way. Be out there be bold!!!

it is so freeing to realize that people liking the same things as me/ being similar to me isn’t a threat and doesn‘t take away from my uniqueness as an individual. connecting with others over shared interests is such a beautiful and necessary part of life. if everyone had the same mindset that I used to have we would all just be super lonely!

”I’m this I’m that” how about you release yourself from your self-imposed psychological prison and just BE? Why don’t you let your brilliant heart, mind, and intuition lead you moment by moment? You ”know“ who you are?? I’m so sorry for you. When you stop questioning, you stop growing. To change is to live.

really good way of getting rid of lots of tasty groceries before they go bad :) Dramatis Personae: Active Dry Yeast, sugar, flour, salt, (optional basil/garlic), olive oil, pizza sauce, shredded cheese of choice (I like mozzarella), warm water, toppings of choice. I like to do chicken, sliced onions/bell peppers, pineapple, ham, spinach, whatever I have on hand Now, the process: —> get a large bowl, combine a half cup of sugar, 1 packet or 2 Tbsp of yeast, pinch of salt, and 1 cup of flour and mix it up good.  Add the basil and/or garlic here if you Have them —> Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 2/3 cups lukewarm water, mix it up til it’s batter-y —> gradually add 1 more cup of flour, pushing it in with your hands so its a consistent consistency —> if that doesn’t make it doughy, add more flour til it’s doughy and you can make a ball out of it that sort of keeps its shape when you set it down —>  put another Tbsp olive oil in the bowl, covering the sides and the Ball, then cover with a wet towel or Saran wrap, and put it someplace warm to rise for a half hour —> I usually use this time to preheat the oven to 425 and chop fruits and veggies/dice ham, and clean off a space to roll out the crust —> once your dough is risen, punch it down a couple times in the bowl to get the air out. It should become a really satisfying elastic texture —> sprinkle some flour in the flat surface you prepared, and roll out the dough (with a pin if possible, I just use my hands though) until it’s the shape of your pan. Oh yeah line your Baking sheet pan with paper or it’s more likely to burn —> lay your crust down on the sheet and poke holes with a fork (VERY IMPORTANT if you don’t want the crust to be uber thick!), then use a spoon to cover the crust in a layer of olive oil, then a layer of pizza sauce —> be liberal with the pizza sauce, make sure to get the edges. If you leave even a little crust at the edges, it’ll rise to huge size!! if you really really want that, put some copious garlic on there so you’re not left with a blank space babe! —> furnish with cheese and toppings and stick it in the oven for 10-20 minutes, it’ll take longer if you have lots of toppings —> in particular, I’d you’re putting on fresh veggies and fruit it’ll cooo faster and more evenly if you push em towards the edges. The center can take AGES otherwise and might burn the edges  —> Remove from oven and enjoy! DM me a picture if you make this plsssss
