heard a dj play this song at a club my friends and i always go to. we were trying to guess what it was because it sounded so familiar -- it turns out it was from a band we used to listen to.
listening to it brought this strange wave of nostalgia i canāt quite explain. a warm, aching kind of feeling. like everything and everyone around me is changing -- including myself. itās that indescribable mix of remembering who you were while feeling yourself grow into someone new.

sometimes u go through something and then all of a sudden you relate to a song you didn't before or didn't as much as you do now. bonus points for when it's one of your favorite songs like i knew those addicting melodies and vocals were always hiding something meaningful with an air of serendipity to it āØ
