😃I graduated a yr ago and was "chasing a high" traveling, moving, etc. but now I'm crashing :)

🪣going to my top choice grad school in my top choice city but also leaving behind my family and my cat and my childhood bedroom but also being really excited about the future and getting to live what is essentially my dream. these past few days I've been alternating between being on the brink of tears and being absolutely elated it's weird but not unpleasant

Was thinking about the past and whatnot, reminiscing on senior year. It hasn’t even been a year since I graduated, yet it feels very far away already. It’s probably because I’ve settled into thinking of college and high school is not at the forefront of my mind anymore. It’s just crazy to think that I’m barely starting my spring semester of freshman year, when I had gotten so used to being a senior. Such is life, the cycle repeats.
Picture is from senior sunrise, old tradition where the seniors go to the beach dressed in all white and watch the sun go up. Doesn’t have much use other than getting good pictures for the yearbook and Instagram lol, but was still a nice time. I think senior year was only tolerable because of my friends, I really owe it all to them. We got breakfast after and showed up an hour ish late to school, good times.

👟I think onitsukas are absolutely sexy, in fact me and my mexico 66 SD yellow/black are inseparable. Its comfortable (I would in no doubt go for a run in them) and the silhouette is so perfect with any outfit. Its also not that hard to pick from their shoes cuz everything they have is just so versatile. It costs way less too.
