🎧I am rarely caught without my headphones on, I enjoy the sensory depravation of it all however I find it contributes to this sense of derealization and disconnection from the world around me - playing music out loud places the music in the physical world and makes me feel more grounded in reality. the music interacts with the space around me and my entire body, not just inside my own head!
