I think the pic speaks for itself! So unique, cute comfy and versetile! And I got them at a great great price. I love anything vintage prada, these are made with old watch screws and pieces!

That I’m pretty sure I found pictures of Ms. Karlie herself wearing. they are so sexy to me (the heavy distressing and wear!!! So grunge) and they’re like a piece of history in my mind so I don’t wear them because I don’t want to accidentally destroy them... plus if I’m wearing heels this high it’s always a block heel so I don’t have a lot of practice walking in them. I bought a ton of other stuff from her too but my favorite that I wear most often is an oversized camo scarf… camouflage is a neutral to me. Also I have a white cotton Jil Sander trench and people tell me it makes me look like a physician or a lab scientist 😑

About a month ago I was at a drugstore not far from my house when something chic happened. This was surprising because the circumstances (refilling a prescription for a pill to treat a fungus on my toe) and the location (a Walgreens in Bushwick), really weren’t chic at all. Nevertheless! There I was browsing the shelves when I saw this young cool woman carrying an amazing bag. It was a crossbody nylon Prada purse—I don’t know if it was actually from the ‘90s or if it just looked like it was—and crucially the strap was chain link, making it seem like a Chanel knockoff. I followed the woman around stealthily trying to catch as many glimpses of the purse as I could, and when I got home I started googling the resale sites and found something similar! Thank you anonymous Walgreens inspiration! (The link I put in is for a sold-out bag but you can probably find something similar if you search eBay etc.)

I looove these necklines! That jacket in the middle is so yummy. Read somehere that Mrs. Prada didn't like the 1989 show, I don't think she was talking about spring/summer?

Why would I be anorexic when I can walk, work out 3–4 times a week, play tennis or padel on the weekends, and eat healthy—just like my amazing nutritionist mom, taught me? Having an eating disorder is for miserable people, and I’m NOT miserable anymore. I think being anorexic in your 20’s is sad, I already have various chronic illnesses and problems from it, take care of your body it’s a temple, you can look however you want in a healthy way. ♥️ I hate seeing millenials glamourizing anorexia and then complaining about how they can’t have babys, or forgetting to mention the horrible parts that come with it…I want to be a mother one day, run around with my child and break all the negative patterns I had to suffer, I wanna grow old, healthy and fabulous, anorexia is not the way, Recovery is real. Sending love to you all.

My name is Ana Cecilia, after my grandmother, María Cecilia. My mom added “Ana” to make it feel more contemporary, classic with a modern touch. It comes from Saint Cecilia, the patron saint of music and musicians. She was a Roman martyr who, according to legend, heard heavenly music in her heart even in the face of death. My dad has played guitar since he was 12: at home, in church, so music has always been part of my world. I love sharing a name with my grandma. Cecilia means “little blind one,” which feels poetic—like seeing with the soul. Honestly, I really love my name. It carries history, music, and love. And I’m also blind so it makes sense lol.
