i, as im sure much of yall do, have a ton of knick knacks and sentimental shit i don’t wanna get rid of. and things that just look cool. my solution? shove it in birdcages!! the one with the clown in it is in the Beta Phase but the bigger one is just about done. i’m going to add some little lights in to illuminate the treasures inside :)
Celestial, whimsical, kitschy or Persian—call me Pandora, but I love my little trinket boxes. Whether they house q-tips, rubber bands, postcards, or hopes and dreams, there’s a world of possibilities in having a place within a place.
Obvious but necessary. For me: makeup / pen and pencil organization. Cute & brain-soothing.
The large clear target ones are great for holding little chocolates. Side rec: candy dishes for easy holiday cheer and accessible sweets (could go full grandma inspired with some werther’s).
first project i’ve actually finished in YEARS!! it took me way too long (it was supposed to be a christmas present whoops) but here is the goddamn duck i told myself i would put on this jacket. it’s HERE and I put it there!!! with my own hands!!!
my chameleon died this morning and i buried him in my mom’s backyard. i had a lot of ladders in his cage, he seemed to really like to zip around on em. it was hard to see him lose mobility in his old age, but i like to remember him as a climber.
rest in peace mr. princess
