I have recently started making fruit purees at home to add to my matcha’s in the hopes of not spending $12 all the time and honestly… its delicious and 100% worth it.

STRAWBERRY MATCHA

Riffed on my usual matcha order and tried something new last month. Turns out, strawberry matcha is delightful! I enjoyed it so much that I’ve figured out how to make it at home, complete with homemade strawberry milk and freeze dried strawberries crumpled on top. Will definitely be adding this to my at-home rotation.
