my hair was getting super long so my girlfriend trimmed me up! it’s shorter and feels so light and free and perfect for frolicking. a good, short, summer cut!!
I’ve never had my hair this short but I just had this urge to get rid of it all. It was a desire that had been building up for years and I started to feel like my long hair was like a wilted flower at the end of the summer.
Also I remember a bald friend telling me that if he had enough hair he would be experimenting with new looks all the time. So I took that to heart.
for years i’ve just been getting trims “keep it healthy” i would ask but today i got a real haircut from someone who knows what they’re doing and i’m on cloud nine i feel so pretty ☆
