i'm pretty sensitive to caffeine, so i have to stay away from it sometimes. but i still like finding ways to have a fun little drink! green & black teas both have a bit of caffeine, but herbal teas have no caffeine. if you want to replicate the feeling of getting a latte, you could ask the barista to froth any kind of milk into an herbal tea. you can also add cold foam or syrups to make it feel more like a coffee latte. some places even offer sweeter or dessert-flavored herbal teas with chocolate, or things like that.
you can also make your own tea lattes at home! all you need is tea bags or loose-leaf tea, milk, & a really cheap milk frother. you can even make your own syrups by dissolving sugar into hot water, or sweetening it with honey! there's a big range of herbal teas out there, so you might be able to find one you like, or one that tastes similar to coffee.
WRNING: if the herbal tea has citrus in it, don't add milk! citrus + dairy curdle when they're put together :(
