This is one of my top beauty secrets and It’s just olive oil infused with oxygen. I can’t recommend a brand because I get mine from a french grandfather (family friend) who infuses it himself in his basement. I like to put it on my face or other dry areas at least once a week and it makes my skin super soft and glowy. It’s moisturizing and nourishing because it allows the infused oxygen to soak right into your pores and be absorbed by the skin with the oil. This is gonna sound like crazy snake oil but it swear it even helps promote wound healing. No, of course it’s not some magic potion cure for serious wounds, be so for real. If you have eczema however, or small cuts and abrasions on your skin, cold sores or a scratch or a scrape or you picked your skin or bit your lip or something like that it can help it heal by stimulating oxygen utilization to assist tissue repair. The only catch is it has a very strong and overpowering smell - it’s sharp and medicinal. That’s why I use it once a week. It’s like fresh cut grass or air after a storm, but not in the nice petrichor i love the smell of rain way, naw it’s cranked straight up to 11 and can be quite off putting to some. However if you can deal with that it’s well worth putting up with the pungent aroma for the benefits.

my grandmother has been telling me to use oil on my face and in my food since i was a young child. she doesnt tell me explicitly, she makes little comments, like when i come to her house with a pimple on my chin and she just says turmeric and avocado oil facial. or when im struggling with my articulation and she asks if ive been having my fish oil tablets. as i get older, im learning how significant these oils are. im oiling my skin. im oiling my hair. im pulling with coconut. and i use aromatherapy in my diffuser. some days, my thighs are so moisturised that i stick to the leather of my carseat, but i dont care because i love oils. so ?

This recommendation is just an umbrella to tell you about all the things I use in the hopes that it will keep my skin looking nubile dewy and fresh. I'm a woman who dates younger men, so I’ve got to keep the elasticity of my face tight, baby! It's a nightmare out there! So here are some things that make me feel like I have some control over the inevitable deterioration of my face and body. The following recommendations are for exfoliating, moisturizing, and the regeneration of collagen: Good Genes by Sunday Riley, Omnilux red light collagen producing face mask. This mask is terrifying. This shit will scare away any person you're dating. Which might be a good thing. If they can’t handle you at your worst, they don't deserve you at your… zzzzzz. Collagen powder in my smoothies. I met a 70 year old woman with perfect GLOWING skin, barely a wrinkle and she attributed it all to daily collagen powder. Everyday Oil - smells incredible and I truly believe it is a magic potion that makes everything better. Use it all over your body. Including your face, Epsom salt baths (good for relieving water retention and also nice for sore muscles). I’ll pour 3 pounds of epsom salt, as well as Shea Butter and Almond scented bubble bath, and luxuriate in a bath for LITERALLY (and I’m using the word ‘literally’ correctly) for 3 hours. Every man I’ve EVER been naked with says I have the softest skin because of it. They can’t ALL be lying. Actually, I take that back. They could be.
