basic but i love it. my current flavour rotation currently is 1. frozen berries melted down to a jam and topped with greek yogurt. and 2. using chocolate milk in place of regular milk and topping with fresh blueberries. don‘t knock the frozen berries till you try them!

I use sprouted organic rolled oats

Much easier to digest and sooo good I buy them at COSTCO… And I just follow the instructions on the bag and cook them with water and then I don’t add milk I just add a tonnn of butter, turbinado sugar, and frozen organic blueberries 🫐
