I love something sheer or lace or mesh. Sometimes I swap the cargos for a skirt if I'm feeling it but usually I prefer pants.
Platforms are kind of a need when you're a short person going to a concert, but outside of that, it really depends on the concert. Depending on the vibe, different things might fit better. I wore a cropped tank top to one concert before I realized that other people's skin touching my bare shoulders was the most unpleasant added sensory experience.

Maybe a blazer with the sleeves rolled up or a big camo scarf wrapped around my arms leaving my shoulders exposed. slouchy beige allsaints mini tote. Black dress black sheer tights and black platform Mary Janes with a chunky block heel if I have somewhere to go

It's so lawless. You’ll see the weirdest things and no one will care. People are so unabashedly human here. Dead expressions, exhaustion, boredom. You’ll get a coffee, someone else will get a bloody mary, the time is irrelevant. Your priorities will be tested, everything costs at least three times as much as it should, it won’t matter.
