I like to think of myself as a Russian nesting doll. I am my 3 and 5 and 11 year old self, all stacked inside of my 20s and now 30 year old self! Some of them are super stuck together and hard to get at but others like my 4 thru 7 year old self is easy to access. Like if I need to talk to kids, I just unpack a few layers and chat from that version of myself! We are all still in there, donโt forget to take some of the littler ones out to play once in a while.
