i also have a hyperfixation about 9/11. i think seeing peopleβs reactions and the way they came together to help each other was very beautiful, despite how scary that event was
@CILANTRO got super into it when i moved to the us lol, i think it helped me understand american culture and my surroundings in a deeper way and i find it a fascinating topic on so many levels, but specially in regard of its cultural impact and the way it still shapes society to this day in subtle ways (also watching the news broadcasts from that day as it was happening is an out of body experience, theres lots on youtube)
