first blog (⊙_⊙) kinda nervy!
we're starting this page off with what I'll probably be using it for the most: random mini-rants about the things I love.
and speaking of...I am completely OBSESSED with live music. tiny desk concerts? can't get enough. SNL performances? I study them like poetry. audiotree live? I want to give whoever came up with that idea a big fat smooch.
I've talked to a bunch of people who just don't watch their fav artists performing live. and, to each their own, but I think it adds a whole other artistic level to the music. and I personally don't know how I'd live life without my little youtube playlist of all my fav performances. If I were to become president, the first thing I would do is make it law for every single artist to release at least ONE live album...then I'd sit back and watch the rates of depression totally plummet cause everyone's having so much fun listening to live music (trust)

I've always 'got music' it's always been one of the biggest if not THEE biggest thing in my life. But I have been sat for some time now watching live performances on YouTube which I've never really done before and oh my goddddd. I GET IT. chills and tears. We are all one in the lyric 'i just want you to know who I am'. I think I'll understand concerts at least 70% more from now on.

i did this for my favorite band Winkler's only recorded performance of their song "bar fight" and now i can listen to it with my phone turned off so i don't fry my eyes with laser beams when i listen to the song a hundred times a day ;) Lorde covered I'm on Fire by Bruce Springsteen i would recommend downloading that one too but i'm not going to make a separate rec for it it's like a prize for reading until the end

for years, i'd been terrified of the future, and I NEVER wanted to think about what i'd do with my life. it was overwhelming to think about where i wanted to end up while I hated the place that I was in. (◞‸◟,) but, over these past 2 years and ESPECIALLY over these past few months, I think i've finally found what I wanna do for the rest of my life, and with that, I think i've finally found myself. i'm taking real steps towards my dreams, and they don't feel so out of reach anymore. it's a big accomplishment to me that i'm very proud of. don't give up yall, u'll find ur place

recently, every time I've been eating salad, I've totally rawdogged the whole experience cuz I ran out of my fav (and only) salad dressing and I can't be bothered to get more. eating straight leaf is not that yummy.. but I kinda feel like a cute little mouse every time I do it. It makes me wonder if we should all be more open-minded people and consider this: maybe those crazy men on Instagram who eat raw, rotting meat only do it cause they wanna feel like a cute little mouse too. maybe we're all the same ( ˘ ᵕ˘(˘ᵕ ˘ )
