I have never been a veggie burger person in the slightest but wow — one of these bad boys fresh out of the air fryer? absolutely tingling my little taste buds.
do not be discouraged by how gross they look. the texture and flavor is there, trust me.
usually veggie burgers are sad and tiny. i want a big ol sandwich full of stuff. this monster of a veggie burger was awesome. i’m over the fake meat gave me VEGETABLES!!
Hold the meat and cheese, up the beans and guac, somehow leave feeling like a health goddess. And don’t forget to look for shapes in the griddle marks.
