I’m so proud of you, I’ll share 1 thing someone in AA shared once which is “relapse doesn’t HAVE to be part of your recovery.“ It often is, and it’s a normal thing to deal with in the process of recovering, but remember that just because you may see others relapse doesnt mean you have to! Sending strength, love, fellow sober person. (75 days)

Going sober

Been 43 days. Unsure exactly, but it’s damn near the longest I’ve been sober in 2 years. My mind feels better every day. I think I’m a better person (contested, I’m sure). Added bonus, I look really good (empirically). Highly reccomend. Might make some recs on how to do it, as I’ve struggled to go longer than 2 weeks up until now.
