after i learned the partiful creators are connected to ice and iof (thanks @ykreborn on insta!!) i was Out. don’t get me wrong it’s fun n aesthetically pleasing but so is making ur own invite!
i didn’t like how it made party invites another form of social media anyways and how it gave u badges for how many parties u attended… social media internet clout is weird i dunno… personally i like to just send it out myself too bc then i get another excuse to text all my friends :D

I’ve only ever given this as a gift before, never made one for myself — but they’re fun! Maybe get yourself a drink/coffee and make an afternoon of it? Invite some friends?
A little craft store run, then throw some different patterns, pictures, and quotes on some card stock paper. Really put whatever you want on there, make a few different ones, and then you can go get them laminated for pretty cheap. I don’t have any pictures of my past ones, but there’s some great inspo on Pinterest.

I’ve been experimenting a lot with graphic design lately when it comes to social media.
It has become so easy to just post without a thought just for it to look “effortless”. But was it really effortless if you had to take a thousand pictures and have countless edits it in the first place?
Social medias are supposed to be fun, let’s make it fun then!

I honestly don’t know how they work or what they are, but they mostly consist of just celebrities or people idk. But until PI.FYI makes a real one for me and you one day, just make one for yourself just for fun. It’s actually quite an ego boost.
