I claim 5’3”, husband loves to remind me of the half inch i’m missing. I wear danskos almost every day so I often stand closer to 5’5” irl. I think of myself as taller and some friends do but I have often been observed as/ called small/short (often more in real life than in photos) even though in my mind I’m much taller and there are some real cute real shorties like @SALAD_VALET and @MOONBEAMS who stand below at or below 5’ and it feels like stolen valor for to me to claim shortness at my mid height. @TATERHOLE as a spiritually tall girl do you still see being 5’3” as being a short girl?

@TATERHOLE i had a good friend in high school who was my height, maybe a bit taller but shad doberman energy and straight up told me ”i know we’re about the same height, but im 5’7” in my mind so just know i see you as short to me”
