they were going to have a house show in minneapolis last week but idiots started lining up on the sidewalk in a fucking residential area. so they had to move it to a bowling alley. as someone who lives in a house venue, PLEASE open your house/yard/garage up to local bands in your area!!!!
The fact that this happened a couple of miles from my house and I wasn’t there is killing me. Blink-182 played a show in a Denny’s in 2023 to promote their new album and it’s exactly the energy we need now.

growing up i used to LOVE green day. when i'd watch videos or read interviews they'd always always always mention back yard shows in their early beginnings as sweet children. i didn't realise that it literally was just playing to people like this hahaha. looks like a fucking blast
