I went to my friends birthday party a couple of years ago, when I was in lower school, and I met this random girl. I had no idea who she was but we just instantly became best friends, to the point where my other friend got pissed at us because she felt like we were ignoring her. I vividly remember painting each other faces and taking a Polaroid picture together but after the party I never saw her again. that was until I got to highschool. I joined cross country and started running with this girl. I didn't even recognize her at first but she asked me if I remembered her and brought up our mutual friend and then it all came back to me. she even had a picture of the Polaroid we had taken together saved on her phone. its still wild to me that we managed to run into each other again after all these years

I got an IG follow and message last night from a girl I knew in MIDDLE school (12+ yrs ago).
I havenât talked to or seen her since then, but sheâd often pop up in my mind, the last time being just a few days ago. All I remember is that I used to enjoy talking to her.
the first thing she said in her message was that for some reason, sheâd think about me often, and also, for no particular reason⊠we barely knew each other back then
So, we decided weâre gonna hang out soon - donât know why, but it just feels right. đź

I just had some convos with middle school friends and itâs crazy how much has changed but it feels really nice to just check in sometimes. Reminds me that everyoneâs always around if youâre willing to take the first step

I made this mug for myself and was worried it was too small. I had another mug ready to catch the overflow until I heard the machine slowing down. My eyes got watery it was so perfect
