me🧍 for real though, I've had several names and my deadname and legal name (both different) are not interesting to me or profound in origin. I was gonna be named Avery, which is honestly really cool with me, but another parent they knew who gave birth the same day named their kid Avery first. so they decided to name me something else to be original on the spot. 🍅🍅🍅 so flowers, my current and most recent name... came from a halo machinima series 💀 he was my favorite character and everyone just started calling me that and it really resonates with me as a name of who I am in vibe. it reminds me of some really great times and people I love. when I use it I feel more connected to who I was then and bridging it with now

real life name + last name combo too long for a username

like many Latine ppl, my full name consists of a myriad of last names from literally every blood-related family member that has ever graced this planet. although they're beautiful-sounding and i adore them all, they are quite frankly too long to use for username purposes. on top of that, it just doesn't feel right to butcher/frankenstein parts of them just to create a condensed username (perhaps i’ll change my mind on that aspect someday, but for now, i’m pretty steadfast about it). alas, verygoodvalentina was born... it uses my first name, it's easy to remember, feels like a pseudo-alliteration with the two Vs sandwiching the "good" together and can be said like a sentence, "very good, Valentina!" or as an entity, verygoodvalentina™️ (VGV)

GOOD DEEP CUT MUSIC RECS

i’m going to go by genre because there’s so many that i love gospel - let us pray by the gospel clouds rock - together and free by climax blues band jazz - make believe by jo stafford funk(soul?) - kenni and the jets by the fearless flyers classical - it’s popular but if you haven’t listened to The Firebird Suite by the New York Philharmonic recorded in 2017 you need to folk - this love of mine by alex amen i have more in my arsenal but that’s what i’ll put out for now
