@CHRONICWEBUSER you’re right I have some inner work to do And I was clearly feeling controversial when I posted that. the description is really what I was going for(I have more of a silly vibe than a police vibe) the title is really intense. your comment made me giggle a little and I ended up taking time to apologize to one of my replies! I’m not trying to be a narc I think I just would Rather not see “ANTI REC:________” when I’m on here. That’s really what I was referring to. @NICK3 haha, I’ve definitely got a couple screws loose and things to work on, lying is one of them. in this post I was referring to posts that are titled “ANTI-REC:_____” I liked @SLOWDAZZLE ‘s comment on this post which was “you can always work within the prompt and make it appear to be positive“

I think it depends on the tone of the anti-rec. I made one the other day about a 4 year old calling me “stinky fart boy” and I think silly things like that are ok. But when people make anti-recs to whine and complain, or post blanket statements about certain people groups without any nuance or explanation, I really don’t like that. I think it also depends on the users frequency of anti-recs. Humans aren’t all positive all the time and it’s unrealistic to think every single post would be positive, but there are certain people that are haters all the time and that behavior should be discouraged.

This is just my opinion, and i get where you’re coming from. i like to post anti-recs rarely with a nuanced explanation, or because it’s a very minute thing to hate. I made an anti-rec on circle sprinkles 😂. But like said when i make my anti-recs i give an explanation to it and i feel like its either niche or more universally disliked.

@SLOWDAZZLE I was thinking about this and I think the reason why I would anti-rec something as opposed to reccing it's opposite usually has to do with what experience or evidence I plan to share

@SLOWDAZZLE I absolutely agree!!! For me, i have a small gripe with seeing “ANTI-REC:_____”
until tyler says something about anti recs, i shall continue to post them. in order to have recs, you need anti recs. Just like the moon needs the sun and white needs black

@RATTLESNAKE my comment came off as passive aggressive and dismissive for no reason, sorry. my life is a constant battle between “it’s not that deep“ and “everything is filled with meaning and purpose and should be appreciated fully” didn’t think this post would get as much traction as it did! LY2!
