maybe an obvious one, but what an amazing place to get work done + people watch. Someone was writing some sorta script today and someone else came in, opened their laptop, didn’t touch it for 15 minutes and then left…i love it
Usually I have two monitors on this preposterously small standing desk (that’s always in the down position), but I’ve decided to finally start experimenting with the sewing machine I’ve owned for 10 months and never once used. In an ideal world, this would be two separate surfaces - and not directly next to my bed - but that’s Manhattan for ya!
The sun is shining, the world is alive and functioning, it isn’t even 11:00 and I’ve been moving for 4 hours now. In my laziness I had forgotten how this type of freedom feels.
