Let your artist friend open a gallery in one of your spaces. Help them curate, clean, scrub, paint, build, host. Support your friend‘s crazy dreams and be endlessly happy in their achievements.
Finally after what seems like a life time The Armpit Gallery is opening May 16th at 7pm. A group of midwest artists will be showcasing their art along with the curator and my friend Jacquelyn Fay.
I am so proud of all the work we’ve put into this space!!

i like to get lost. it forces me to remember that i don’t need a gps to go 5 blocks to that one restaurant. i bike till i feel ”lost” and then bike a little bit more and take a different direction home.
i find new parks, new hobby shops, that one weird art installation, graffiti i haven’t seen before, and cool plants everywhere. it reminds me i need to just chill out at take in my surroundings more.
disclaimer: i usually do this when i cant sleep and i have a lot of worry in my brain. it helps me leave my phone, distress and connect with my body/space more.
