I've had many cases where my youtube or spotify profiles pull up around my friends and and family with titles like "sleepover with robin buckley", "studying with rory and paris" or "coming back to bucky barnes apartment", but i stopped caring because they help me lock in for finals, help me fall asleep and overall put my mind at ease with my hyper fixations honestly wanna start making some of my own. 10 hour "hot tub" and "rain" is also pretty good too for sleepy time. (also if anyone makes fun of you for this i think that's pretty loser behavior)

During the pandemic home times I got really into putting an ambient room on in the background while I was reading. I love a library room with sounds of dust crackles and book pages turning. This creator Miracle Forest makes a lot of great ones with their own little story like “Hiding in the bathroom at a weird gathering,” or “Abandoned gas station at the end of the world.”

loveee love this genre called "slowcore", it's a genre of indie rock that sounds really quiet and melancholic and just overall feels like lullaby, if that's what you're into :] never fails w me, i love feeling like i'm being sung to sleep lol, also focusing on all the sounds and lyrics can help with falling asleep for me!
bands like red house painters, duster, galaxie 500, eiafuawn, tram... i have many
also ambient music! i love the band grouper, there's this song "litte gray cat" and i think it did its job even when i wasn't feeling tired at all haha
Buut if you don't want music, you can watch interesting livestreams on twitch or letsplays, a true crime documentary(if not disturbing while trying to sleep haha), any other documentary or commentary video, whatever's long enough !

people have been doing this forever and i never thought i was a liner girl until just last year i found nyx in Ever is basically the color of my bottom lip and it's just a really flattering pink on me and i love just lining and then just smoothing it out and boom. if my lips are dry ill add a translucent gloss but usually my liner is just enough.

Silver nail polish, my silver hydroflask water bottle, to my new adiddas silver og country sneakers i love silver stuff. I have silver jewelry from me being so punk and stuff but i genuinely enjoy wearing both silver and gold and i think i suite both.
i've had a gold "Our Lady of Guadalupe" necklace since birth and i've been wearing it more and it really is my treasure even if i don't practice religion. Out of the shower it looks so cool wet and in the sun and i look cute what can i say it makes me feel good. I'm trying to wear whatever i want this summer and this is a good start.
(also side note gladiators 2 last year made me buy chunky jewelry and yes i bought it in both silver and gold) ⭐️🪩
