That said, I'm not sure that late-period Talk Talk gets enough credit for how soul-baringly sad and lonesome it is. There's one track on this playlist but you could just explore entire albums such as "Spirit of Eden" and its best track, I Believe In You: https://open.spotify.com/track/3SzoVeS9Eaxt6dmfXF0fPo?si=ec55366c61164a52 The whole thing is a blue-hued tone poem.

Whenever I’ve needed to just cry it out I listen to True Love Waits by Radiohead on repeat.
