Going strong for like 10 years at this point. When i first got into it I was like OK it's just 2d Minecraft? And like yeah for maybe 5 total minutes. So much fun to build cool forts or castles or cabins and the progression system is pretty linear which I like. In all my playtime I haven't even *touched* mods yet; I've heard it's an entirely different game.

OLD MODDED MINECRAFT

i am currently playing 1.7.10 minecraft with around 30ish different mods (some of my favorites being plenty o’ biomes, mo’ creatures, twilight forest, witchery, decocraft, thaumcraft, and minecraft comes alive). my roommate made me this mod pack after we talked about our fav og minecraft mods. its the only thing i’ve been able to think about recently. i lost interest in vanilla minecraft around the 1.13 update, so it’s really fun to get back into some of my favorite mods when i was younger as an adult. i’ve also realized that most aspects of my favorite mods are now actually IN vanilla minecraft (such as bunnies, foxes, and horses), but idk it just doesn’t hit the same!!! just finished building my house out of some crazy blue and pink colored wood, and while i was silently cringing at the fact that my only front door options were an oak door (real ones remember) or an iron door, i am very grateful to be playing the best version of minecraft.

Currently im obsessed with the sims 4 but every few months I will get hyperfixated on a new game. Some of the past ones include stardew valley and Roblox. Minecraft is a classic go to also! yesterday I went back on Roblox and had a lot of fun though playing some new stuff!

i am just starting to get into video games but im addicted to this mmo rpg (just learned what that means). it’s so fun and i get so lost in it. i understand why people game for hours on end now. there’s so much fun exploring and homesteading and chatting with villagers and quests!! a delight, and it’s also free :)
