Had a dumb American moment, thought this was gonna be apple flavored. Regardless, not bad flavor, but probably an acquired taste. Would drink again. 6/10.

Flavors are delicious but very subtle, mostly noticeable in the aftertaste. Wish it tasted more like white pomelo green bamboo than cola. Marginally better than normal Pepsi, 6/10.

Imagine if the scent of a rose were put into drink form; that’s what this tastes like. Bonus: it’s sweetened with real sugar and honey. Will be returning to the local import store to try other flavors because this one was amazing. 8/10.

Fanta's "Haunted Apple" flavor was created last year as a way to promote the (then) upcoming movie, "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice"
I bought a case near the end of the flavor's lifespan, but still have a few left, so I figured I'd pop one open and talk about it.
It's not good. I'm not necessarily sure what I expected from a flavor marked as "spiced apple", but it tastes closer to a candle than an actual beverage.
The notes of different spices mixed with the artificial green apple flavor make for a soda that tastes the way Bath and Bodyworks smells in the fall time.
As I've slowly (and I do mean slowly) drank the case I originally bought, the flavor has grown on me, but I still wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't feeling adventurous.
I'm not entirely sure what test audiences they used to validate this flavor's existence, but I would like to meet them and ask what THEY thought this tasted like, and why they said they liked it.

You never know what you’ll find! Found this at an Asian market a few days ago. I wouldnt find things like this if I only went to American markets!
