Honestly although I love Coach Bennett over at the Nike Run Club app. Strava really feels like such an excellent (and better) companion in building better habits
thank you strava for keeping me fit. I love looking at the little paths and maps it makes of my walk or run. I love how it documents the km’s I travelled too. It’s so cool. I’ll never be unfit again.
This album sounds like exactly what she called it. If you don’t do yoga this album might convince you to get into child’s pose, or at the very least do a five minute stretch in the morning.
