Eating with tiny spoons and forks is great. It tricks your brain into thinking you get to enjoy more food, even though portion sizes arenβt actually changing. Also, smaller utensils make your hands look bigger! See attached picture for comparison.
I eat nearly every meal with this bad mf. Rice, beans, stir fry, soups, curries, etc. This Is The Utensil. If you are eating your rice with only a fork, that is deranged behavior. Seek professional help.
