supporting a somewhat shit football team

more often than not you anticipate they will either draw or lose so when they do you’re not terribly disappointed. when they do win, it‘s a nice surprise. watching their games can be frustrating but they do tend to be super dramatic. it’s a W-W-D situation.

Going to footy matches solo

This was my first football match and I went solo because none of my friends watch football. It was so exhilaring! A cauldron of testosterone! i don’t support Leicester or Crystal Palace but as a neutral it was truly fascinating observing this wonderful thing we call the beautiful game. something kinda old school about seeing families with their kids eating pies and singing football chants.

pistachio flavoured stuff!

massivelyyyy underrated. got myself a pistachio latte today at my local cafe cause it was their drink of the season, and oh my lord, i could have had 10 of them. beautiful. a local gelato place also does the most subtle pistachio gelato which cures my deep void every time i have it (also a pistachio emoji should exist already)

I was cleaning my sink today and noticed the tiniest seedling sprouting inside. i'm so confused at the dynamics of this and it blows my mind how life finds its way even in the darkest and murkiest environments
