I don’t shower daily and I’ve also heard doing so isn’t even good for you. Stripping your hair and skin of its natural oils is not the way! I went to a dermatologist recently who told me to stop washing my face in the AM (too much washing is bad for your skin barrier).
*Use a powdered dry shampoo between washes if your hair is looking greasier than you’d like.
*Try salicylic acid instead of deodorant. I stopped using deodorant because I have sensitive skin and can’t find one that doesn’t give me a rash and actually works. (Literally swiping my pits with acne pads every few days after my shower). IT WORKS. Better than any deodorant I’ve ever used.
*Floss your teeth while watching TV, and allow yourself to use those little plastic flossers even if they are wasteful… 🤫
