Leadership role at your job

I have three jobs now!!!! (Capitalism am I right?) I work as a Social Media Manager and in two of those jobs I don’t need to execute the creation/editing of the content I want to use on my strategies. This helps to make my job more of like a leadership thing, where I creative direct everything but I’m NOT ON PREMIERE PRO ALL DAY LONG! Hopefully all my future jobs will be like this because I hate working but I love giving orders 🙏
