I grabbed a tumbler and brewed a bunch of my favorite coffee, added vanilla cream and poured some in a little bowl to mix the matcha and poured it back. (Might’ve added a little caramel idk i zoned out) Then I just threw some ice in it.
The flavor was so tastyyy will be making again

learning to make an expert iced matcha latte had long been on my list, and i cracked the code about two years ago. the catch is, getting good matcha powder and working with water at the right temperature!
i whisk my matcha with a little bit of homemade vanilla syrup or local honey and water that’s 176 degrees Fahrenheit, gradually adding in a little more water at a time. once i have about a shot’s worth, i pour over ice and top with the milk of my choice. if i’m feeling extra domestic, i might even make my own almond or cashew milk!

🍵I have decided to share my thoughts and tidbits of the day here (instead of texting a man as often as I do) and today I made a matcha latte for the first time! I added a bit of half and half to make it creamier and I'm so delighted.
